Important Notice:
1. Effective from Jul 18, 2022, consultant with active ZOOM account, can submit NB application and supplementary documents through ZOOM app.
2. All NB application of Hong Kong residents should be submitted to SOD within 25 calendar days after signed.
3. E-submission NB submission workflow. Details, please refer to One Portal Memo. (Updated: 08 Mar 2023)
4. For NB supplementary documents submitted through ZOOM, please add remarks “E-submission” and policy number on ARCH eForm and submit related documents to SOD counter or POS Drop Box.
5. For MCV case, consultant can submit NB case via ZOOM E-submission with E-MCV. Consultant must inform Zurich BDM within the same day of E-MCV for approval. Otherwise, E-MCV will not be accepted. For Zurich BDM contact, please refer to Provider’s contact. (Updated: 06 Apr 2023)
