Procedures
1. Go to OnePlatform SOD counter with VIP ticket
2. SOD will return the Deed of Undertaking & completed document to consultant in sealed envelop
3. Appointment with YF Life should be made by consultant for verifications within 3 working days. Consultant need to accompany with client to YF Life CS Centre with documents in sealed envelop
4. Important Facts Statement for Mainland Policyholder(G26) ([I6])
5. YF Life will collect full set of documents after verfication is done in YF Life CS Centre
