Change of Payment Method – Fubon

Important Notice
1. Change of Premium Payment Arrangement includes

a) Change in Premium Mode (annual / semi-annual / monthly as allowed by product features)

b) Change in Premium Payment Method (Billing Notice / Autopay from local HKD bank account)

2. Change of Premium Payment Mode is applicable only after the first policy anniversary

3. For changes involving the set-up of Direct Debit Authorization ("DDA"), please allow 6-8 weeks for set-up

4. For monthly payment mode, Premium Payment Method must be autopay from local HKD bank account
