Credit Card Expiry Date - Zurich

Important Notice

If the client has missing payments, please also advise how to settle it

e.g. collect the missing premium according to the credit card run schedule until the policy payment bring up to date.

Procedure

1.   Update new credit card expiry date via CS service log.

2.    CS will inform Zurich to update the record.

3.    Please allow approximately one week for Zurich to update the information. (Updated: 4 Nov 2015)

4.    Zurich will notify OnePlatform via Servicing Pipeline in regards to the status of the change request and/or pending requirement. (Updated: 4 Nov 2015)
