A suitably certified copy of one of the following in the name of the client and showing the permanent residential address appearing on the application form, within 3 months.
If a Chinese address proof is submitted, please translate it into English. Then write the English address besides the Chinese address.

A recent utility bill issued within the last 3 months.

Mobile phone or pay TV statement (sent to the address provided by the customer) issued within the last 3 months.

Statements that issued by any bank, securities firm, fund house or insurer in HK within the last 3 months. (Exclude MPF)

Recent correspondence from a Government department or agency (i.e. issued within the last 3 months) (e.g. annual tax returns, land search report and etc.)

A HK tenancy agreement which has been duly stamped by the Inland Revenue Department

A letter from a HK employer together with proof of employment, which Blue is satisfied that it can place reliance on and that confirms residence at a stated address in HK. (Proof of employment letter is within 3 months versus the sign date of app form/request form.)

A letter from a HK nursing or residential home for the elderly or disabled, which Blue is satisfied that it can place reliance on, confirming the residence of the applicant.

A letter from a HK university or college, which Blue is satisfied that it can place reliance on, that confirms residence at a stated address.

A current HK domestic helper employment contract stamped by an appropriate consulate (The name of the employer should correspond with the applicant's visa endorsement in their passport)

A lawyer's confirmation of property purchase, or legal document recognizing title to property.

PRC ID card with residential address is the same as the one which show on PRC ID.
