How to apply your login account?

  • Please send service log for request AIA access ID and SSC will help to create the access ID. After access ID created, you will receive the notification email from the related party. Your access ID will take effect next working day after you received the confirmation email. (Updated: 16 Oct 2025)
  • Your Login User ID = Input 5-digit User ID & Access ID in the same field with format "User ID-Access ID". User ID is 61462 (for insurance) or 61463(for ILAS) and Access ID is your staff code. (For example: 61462-AB1234 / 61462-conAB1234)

*For ID created on or after year 2019, "con" is added in access ID.

  • There is no password will be provided in the confirmation email, you are required to click "Forgot Password" in AIA website for the first time login. The new password will then be sent to your company email address by AIA.
  • Please send service log if you have any enquiry about your individual login.

Install PES Certification:

  • Please install PES Certification for accessing Policy Enquiry System.
  • The software can be downloaded at I:\Principal_Software\AIA\aiacd\pes_cert
