Client can opt-out through the below methods:
1. Request for Change Form / Subsequent Application for Personal Accident Contract ([R2])
- Fill up the section of "Others" section and state clearly that client would like to opt-out with client's signature.
- Policy number must be filled on all AIA POS Request for Change Form, otherwise, AIA will not process the request and will return the request form. (Updated: 15 Mar 2017)

2. Client may call AIA CS hotline at 2232-8888 to request opt-out directly
