How to login to B.O.S.S. IFA Portal?

  1. Access to CTF Life Corporate Web Site - http://www.ctflife.com.hk
  2. Click: "Consultant", then click "Login" button under B.O.S.S. at the right hand side of the home page.

How to apply your login account?

  1. Send your request through Service Log (CS General) to create your individual login.
  2. The user ID and password will be sent to you through email.
  3. You are advised to change your default password immediately after your first login.

How to reset your user password?

  1. Send your request through Service Log (CS General) to reset password.
  2. The new password will be sent to you through email.
