Important Notes:

1. Client can only reduce the contribution amount after the Mandatory Contribution Period. The contribution amount after adjustment will be subject to the requirements of minimum regular contribution.
2. Please note that any change in contribution amount will not affect the Administration Charge and Surrender Charge, as the charges are based on the Annualized Contribution Amount at the Policy Start Date.
3. Minimum Contribution (Regular Contribution):
   • For CPT 5 – 14 Years: USD200 per month / USD2,400 per annum
   • For CPT 15 – 25 Years: USD100 per month / USD1,200 per annum
